This lovely client had her home tested and returned with high levels. Immediately, she booked her radon mitigation installation. We had discussed the plan that suits her home and she definitely agreed. All went well.
This client had a storage room in front of the house and wanted to have that checked as she thinks that is where debris and dirt build up is coming from. The team went and observed and found out that their crawlspace needed encapsulation service as it has a huge hole along with a lot of dirt from the years gone by. The size of the crawlspace was decent to work with and everything went well!
This client had a radon test and found out they had levels of 22! They were worried and ask the best possible system to be installed in their home. Our techs advised them that they needed three extraction points due to the high levels. It would be two in the utility room and into the lower basement corner. They suggested a fan cover and soffit pen included. The first point will be next to the client's metal shelf in the basement. They were really nice clients to talk to and very understanding in all ways possible. They did give us a great feedback and will refer us to their friends and family!
This client was planning to have his home renovated but wanted to be protected in the process since it's more of a long-term plan. We were able to explain how the installation would work since he had some hindrances regarding the smart sumps. We were able to draft an ideal design for him and he really liked it. Everything went well!
For this client, his daughter always comes first. His daughter demanded to move or have a room in the basement downstairs of his home to spend more time together. The client has a workshop in his basement and spends most of his time there. It was a simple installation, and the radon levels were at 3.8. The client was eager as he kept on saying he is looking out for his family. Awesome dad.
