This client turned their home into their business area too as they in the quilt-making business. They spends their days in the basement a lot since making quilts is a time sensitive process. This home had a very high radon test result. This was a free test from Radon Defense Midwest and the client decided to take the initiative to get the radon mitigation system installed after knowing that her radon levels were through the roof. It was a ranch style home with another smaller house in the property. 

This was a client who inquired with the team years ago and now has decided to move forward with their own radon mitigation system. We made a new proposal to him as he might have some changes in his home. The client was happy and good with the price along with an immediate booking for the next week. He paid for everything in one shot, and we talked about all the options that is ideal for his home. He was really happy about the attentiveness of the team since he is already 91 years old and needed assistance with technology. Such a calm client. Everything went well!
