The team had several calls with the same story until they got to this booking. The client was really in a good mood, she constantly helped and laughed at her own stories. The home had 3 chambers and she already had an old system and needed one more to make sure her whole house if protected in and out. A draft was designed for the client along with the discussions on what to expect alongside the installation. She agreed and on the same day, she booked an additional encapsulation service since she was happy with Radon Defense Midwest's service. 

This client's lovely family was very dear as they helped us with the installation along the way. There were challenges with the crawlspace but that didn't stop us from protecting them from the harmful effects of radon. We were able to create an entry point for the setup and everything went well. The customer was happy.
