This customer just got this new home with a pre-installed radon mitigation system. There is a thin wall pipe since it is located near his daughter's soon-to-be bedroom. He was very concerned about it and our lead tech did hear there was an unusual noise from the radon fan. They explained the process of how our system would better the situation and the client agreed.
