This family recently migrated to US and the time they knew about radon in their area, they did not hesitate to get a radon mitigation system. They were worried about their family's health and this is just their new beginning in a new country. We did mentioned they made a wise decision!
This installation was close to an up and out from sump pit that has both interior and exterior tile. It was a pretty tall home 2-story home so the team ran the pipe closer to the back of the house. The client is a retired army and wants to settle in the home protected from radon exposure with his loving wife.
This was a newly renovated home that needed help with the radon mitigation installation. They were intending to use the basement as a utility and office room. The homeowner wanted to make sure his family is protected from radon exposure and it's effects.
This was a huge home that needed extra care. After the pandemic impact, the owners decided to have their own active passive system installed at their home. Upon checking, they had a thin wall. Everything was ready to go and they also had a tall garage for attic access. They were concerned about the fan noise but we did place it in the area where it wouldn't be a disturbance. They were happy about the placement and had a Breathe EZ installed as well.
This home had a specific requested set-up. It was not much complicated but it was also not an easy install. This was a two-point system in the basement on the backside of the home's stairs going to the sump pit then into the garage. Nevertheless, everything went well!
