This homeowner in Weare, New Hampshire had some concerns with the floor in their master bedroom. The homeowners worry about the integrity of the floor and if it would collapse at any moment. The homeowners decided to call EFS for a free inspection. 

Crew Lead Spencer Ladd and his team arrived at the home and installed the SmartJacks under the master bedroom. The homeowners were very happy with the results of the project. 

This homeowner in Weare, New Hampshire, had recently installed a patio on the back of their attached garage. There was an existing crack in the foundation wall of the garage that had gotten larger after the patio was installed. The homeowner called EFS for them to find a possible solution to stop the crack from getting bigger. Our Design Specialist recommended installing PowerBraces to stop the wall from deflecting further. 

Melanie D. of Plymouth, New Hampshire has been living in her new home for about 2 months. She had noticed some sagging on the main floor during the repurchase inspection. She would like to have the floors be level or as level as possible. She decided to call Erickson Foundation Solutions about a free inspection. 

Design Specialist Paul Magowan arrived at the home and began inspecting the main floor and basement. Paul noticed that in the basement that the lally columns/ temporary supports aren't supporting the home as well as they once did. Paul recommended installing 5 SmartJacks under the main support beam of the home. He also recommended installing two additional supplemental beams that have two SmartJacks supporting each supplemental beam. 

Crew Lead Ed Nadreau and his team arrived at the home and began installing the 9 total SmartJacks and two supplemental beams. The crew was able to level the floors and Melanie was very happy with the results. 

This homeowner in Plymouth New Hampshire was experiencing their garage foundation bowing outward. They are worried about the problem getting worse. They might be selling the home soon and would not like this to be a sticking point. They decided to call EFS for a free inspection.  

Crew Lead Scott Crandall and his team installed 8 Push Piers and 8 Geolocks to the foundation of the garage. These two products will lock the walls in place and also stop the foundation from settling.
