Unfinished Basement with Mixed Foundation, Contoocook, NH
Alberto B. of Contoocook, New Hampshire has a foundation that is a combination of concrete and fieldstone and the foundation walls have cracks in them. One of the cracks in the fieldstone part of the basement is so bad you can see daylight through the wall. Alberto wants to fix these problems for his kids. He called Erickson Foundation Solutions to see if they could come out and look at his foundation and solve his concerns.
Design Specialist Royce Potts came to Alberto's home and inspected the foundation. Royce proposed that EFS will install auxiliary walls in the areas of concern.
Crew Lead Jon Provost and his team came to the home and installed 16' of auxiliary wall to the basement.
Cracked Concrete in Garage, Contoocook, NH
A homeowner in Contoocook, New Hampshire, a homeowner had been living in their home for 10 years. When they moved in they noticed cracks in their garage. They planned to repair the garage slab to then remodel the garage but other contractors said the concrete couldn't be fixed, it had to be replaced. The homeowners finally called EFS and we recommended using PolyLevel and NexusPro to lift, level, and seal the slab.
Lifting Sinking Slab, Contoocook, NH
This homeowner in Contoocook, New Hampshire, had a sinking slab in their garage. They have seen the slab sink more and more each year. They called EFS for a free inspection of their home. Our Design Specialist recommended installing PolyLevel and NexusPro to the slab to lift and level it.
Our installation team injected PolyLevel beneath the slab and lift and leveled it before using NexusPro to seal the control joints and any cracks.
Purchased A Home with Foundation Issues, Franklin, NH
A homeowner in Franklin, New Hampshire had purchased their home 2 years ago knowing that it had some foundation issues. To the homeowner's surprise, the foundation issues were worse than what the previous homeowners eluded to. The homeowners decided to call EFS for a free inspection and our design specialist found that the foundation issues that were left behind by the previous homeowner were worse than anticipated. The back foundation wall was close to failure and needed to be replaced. Our design specialist recommended installing an Auxiliary wall with frost mitigation and a masonry block wall to replace the failed wall.
Floor System Lifted and Leveled, Franklin, NH
