Replacing Supports in 1900s Home, Methuen, MA

A homeowner in Methuen, Massachusetts moved into their home approximately 2 years ago. They noticed the lally columns and footing were undersized for their home, so they decided to reach out to EFS for a free inspection. Our Design Specialist recommended replacing the lally columns with our SmartJacks. 

Our installation team replaced their old lally columns with 7 SmartJacks and 10' of Supplemental Beam. 

RockWell Installation, Methuen, MA

A homeowner in Methuen, Massachusetts, has a finished basement but wanted to create a playroom in the basement that had some natural light. The homeowner called EFS to see if they would have a solution that could do this. Our Design Specialist recommended installing a RockWell and a new window into the basement to allow more light and a new way to exit the basement incase of an emergency. 

Sentry Seal Installation, Methuen, MA

A homeowner in Methuen, Massachusetts, has lived in their home since 2019. About two years ago they noticed water seeping through the foundation wall. The homeowners called EFS for a free inspection of their foundation to see what they could do. Our Design Specialist met with the homeowner and inspected the inside and outside of the foundation. We recommended installing 157 sqft of SentrySeal to the exterior foundation wall. This will prevent water from seeping through the foundation wall into the basement.  

Sagging Joists in Basement, Hampstead, NH

Older home with a fieldstone foundation. The lally columns and brick posts were failing and settling over the years, and so the homeowner was looking for a permanent solution to fix the problem. Erickson Foundation Supportworks installed several SmartJacks throughout the basement area, which was all dirt floor. The homeowners old sumppump was also replaced and upgraded.

Basement is Cracking and Sloping, Hampstead, NH

A homeowner in Hampstead, New Hampshire, had some cracking in their basement caused by some settlement over the years. Our production team installed Push Piers in the back corner of the home to stop it from settling more.
