The test occurred in the finished area of the basement where the homeowner's son lives. The test results came back at 12 pCi/L. The homeowner decided to call Erickson Foundation Solutions about a free inspection. 

Design Specialist Isaac Hernandez arrived at the home and inspected the basement. He designed a radon mitigation system specifically for this home.

Push Piers Installed, Pelham, NH

A homeowner in Pelham, New Hampshire, had Erickson Foundation Solution to look at their foundation. Our Design Specialist looked at the home and recommended installing Push Piers around the home to stabilize the foundation. Our team installed 32 Push Piers around the foundation to prevent further settlement. The team dug up the dirt around the entire foundation of the home to install the Push Piers. After the piers were installed we then backfilled and tamped the dirt around the foundation.
