Aux Wall Forms Set Up, Rochester, NH

A homeowner in Rochester, New Hampshire, has their stone and brick foundation bulging and need to find a solution that will prevent any further bulging of their foundation. The homeowner decided to call EFS for a free inspection. Our Design Specialist recommended installing an Auxiliary Wall against the foundation wall to stabilize the wall and prevent any further bulging.

The team installed a few PowerBraces and rebar before setting up forms against the walls. After the forms were set up the team poured concrete into the forms and waited for the concrete to form before removing the forms. 

Replacing Temporary Lally Columns in Rochester, NH

When the new homeowner of a soon-to-be rental property in Rochester, NH, was told the temporary basement posts weren't cutting it, they knew they needed a lasting solution. Enter Erickson Foundation Solutions. As you can see in the before photo, the old supports simply weren't up to par. Fast forward to our intervention: we installed durable SmartJacks, clearly showcased in the after photo. Now, the floors are stable, secure, and ready for rental, thanks to a fix meant to last.

Corner of Home is Sinking, Middleton, MA

This homeowner in Middleton, Massachusetts has been living in his home for 40 years and has noticed a crack in the corner of his basement getting larger over time. The homeowner decided to call EFS for a free inspection. 

A design specialist arrived at the home and inspected the basement. The design specialist recommended installing 4 Push Piers near the corner of his home that is cracked. The cracked corner of his home is caused by the house sinking. 

Garage Slab Needs to be Lifted, Middleton, MA

A homeowner in Middleton, Massachusetts, had found that their garage slab is sinking and had started to leave a gap between the garage door in the slab. EFS used PolyLevel and NexusPro to lift and level the garage slab.

Waterproofing Basement, Exeter, NH

A homeowner in Exeter, New Hampshire had water in their basement. The homeowner called Erickson Foundation Supportworks to take a look at their basement to see if they could repair where the water was entering. 

Michael LaMalfa a Design Specialist at Erickson Foundation Supportworks went out to this homeowner's home to investigate the issues they were having. Michael recommended that they seal all the cracks along the floor and the walls in the basement. Then a Crew Lead from Erickson Foundation Supportworks came in with their crew and sealed all of the cracks in the basement. 

You can see in the before picture that there are watermarks on the concrete but none in that same area in the after photo. Also in the after picture, you can see the area where the edges of the floor and parts of the wall are sealed.
