This homeowner was concerned with the concrete near their pool steps being uneven. The joint where two concrete slabs met was uneven, as one side had settled over the years. The also forced the joint sealer to split, leaving an unsightly gap or tear.

Rather than replace the concrete, which would be costly and disruptive for their patio, the were pleased to know PolyLevel slab injection was an option. Repairs took less than a day, and they were able to continue using their patio within minutes of installation. Once the slab was leveled, NexusPro was also applied to tidy up the joint and seal it correctly.

This year some of the cracks started to leak and the homeowner decided to call EFS for a free inspection of their foundation wall. Our Design Specialist Liam FitzPatrick met with the homeowner and inspected the cracks. He recommended sealing the cracks in the foundation with FlexiSpan.
