This homeowner was concerned with the concrete near their pool steps being uneven. The joint where two concrete slabs met was uneven, as one side had settled over the years. The also forced the joint sealer to split, leaving an unsightly gap or tear.

This year some of the cracks started to leak and the homeowner decided to call EFS for a free inspection of their foundation wall.
