They called Erickson Foundation Solutions to see if they could help them find solution. A Design Specialist came to the home inspected the crack in their basement. He proposed sealing the crack in the basement with a crack seal. Later, the EFS crew came to the home and sealed the crack. 

In Derry, New Hampshire a garage foundation was recently repaired with Geolocks, but the garage still needed the slab repaired. Our production crew installed PolyLevel and NexusPro on the garage slab.

The concrete itself was not in terrible condition, other than being uneven, and so he was looking for options to lift and level the slab without having to remove and replace.

This homeowner in North Attleboro, MA was concerned with the sloping, aggregate concrete walkway at the front of their home. Near the stairs to the front door landing, from side to side one of the sections was down almost 4 inches. This was a trip hazard for family and guests at the house, and so the homeowner wanted to get it fixed for safety.

Our concrete repair team successfully installed PolyLevel, a polymer foam spray, beneath the sunken areas and were able to raise up the lower sides of the concrete. The process involved no demolition of existing concrete, which meant the homeowner was saving time and money on this project as opposed to having to replace the concrete completely. 

With the walkway raised and even, the entrance to this home is safe once again.
