The installation team began the project by injecting PolyLevel, a type of polyurethane foam, beneath the sunken concrete areas. They utilized slab jacks to elevate the concrete to the appropriate level, filling the voids below. This method raises, levels, and stabilizes the concrete. Subsequently, NexusPro, a sealant for cracks and joints, was applied to the areas most impacted by previous damage, preventing future settling and cracking.
The use of these products successfully removed the tripping hazards and enhanced the deck's appearance. Our team maintained communication with the homeowner during the entire project, and he was extremely pleased with the outcome.
