This home in Danvers, MA was built on a slab. Overtime, water caused soil under the slab to erode, creating voids. The homeowners were preparing for a remodeling project and noticed the slab had settled 2-3 inches in some places, and so needed to be raised again. Erickson Foundation Supportworks installed PolyLEVEL to stabilize the slab.

This homeowner was concerned with the uneven concrete of the walkway running along the side of their home. Several trip hazards had formed due to settlement, and these were also a pain when it came time for shoveling snow. Our team was able to inject PolyLevel to lift the slabs and even out the surface as much as possible. All the joints were sealed with NexusPro as well, which will prevent rain water from flowing in between the individual concrete slabs and causing more settlement issues in the future.
