Before, our cherished family in Plaistow, NH, felt anxious with Radon levels at 9.1pCi/L in their home, especially after welcoming a new baby. Understanding their concern for safety, we stepped in and installed a robust radon mitigation system, ensuring the air they breathe is clean. We also applied NexusPro to seal off foundation cracks and prevent future radon entry. Now, their home is not just a house, but a secure haven for their growing family.

Alistair M. of Epping, New Hampshire had built his house 12 years ago and now is experiencing higher than average radon levels. Since building the house he has been keeping a watchful eye on the radon levels for the past 12 years. Now after all that time he wants a radon system installed to mitigate the radon in his basement. Design Specialist Jason Vachon came to the home and administered a radon test. The radon test came back at 5.2 pCi/L which is above the recommended amount. Jason proposed a radon mitigation system for the home.

This homeowner in Medford, Massachusetts tested their home for radon and the test results came back at 3.5 pCi/l. They called Erickson to come out to their home. Design Specialist Jason Furrey came to the home and inspected where they could install the Radon Mitigation System. After Jason found a place for the system to be set up he passed the plan onto the crew lead, Scott Crandall. Scott Crandall and his team installed the Radon Mitigation System into the home. 

This homeowner in Medford, Massachusetts has a continuous radon monitoring device that gives radon readings continuously. The homeowner is very conscious of indoor air quality and would like to have peace of mind. The home was built in 1915. They decided to call EFS for a free inspection. 

Design Specialist Brian Swindell looked at the continuous radon monitor and inspected the rest of the home for potential foundation and basement issues. Brian recommended installing a radon mitigation system.

This homeowner in Medford, MA was worried about the radon levels in their home. They wanted to get an accurate test done so they called EFS and a Design Specialist to come out and set up a 2-day test in their basement. 

Design Specialist Kenny Calabrese arrived at the home after the 2-day test was complete to inspect the home. Kenny showed the results of the test to the homeowners. The test results came back at 4.0. The homeowners would like to get that number as low as they can. Kenny recommended installing a radon mitigation system in the home.
