A homeowner in Haverhill, Massachusetts, had purchased their home 4 years ago and refused to use the basement because of the fear of radon down there. The radon levels in the home were around 4 pCi/L. The homeowners decided to call EFS for a free inspection, and our design specialist recommended installing a radon mitigation system into the home to lower the radon levels.

John Prince the Design Specialist for Erickson Foundation Supportworks was able to design two systems for this home. Scott Crandall was the crew lead on this job and he and his team installed the two radon systems into this homeowner's home. The before and after photos show one of the radon systems that were installed. This one, in particular, was on the side of the house. 

After both of the systems were installed the homeowner was very please that the pCi/l was under 4.0.

This homeowner in North Reading, Massachusetts got a test done for radon. The test came back with levels of 9.5 pCi/l, which is above the recommended amount. the recommended amount is below 4.0pCi/l. After seeing the radon test results they knew they needed a radon mitigation system in their basement. They decided to call Erickson Foundation Supportworks and set-up an appointment. 

John Prince was the Design Specialist from Erickson Foundation Supportworks that assisted the homeowner on this project. John went to visit the homeowners and observed their home situation. He confirmed that they should get a radon mitigation system in their home. John then designed a radon system specifically for their home. Then Scott Crandall, the Crew lead, and his team turned the design into the homeowner's new radon system.
