A homeowner in Cambridge, Massachusetts, had recently moved into their home and was concerned with the radon levels. They have been working in the basement frequently and wanted to have the radon levels in the home tested. The homeowners called EFS for our specialist to come out and drop off a radon test kit in their basement. After the results came back our Design Specialist returned to the home and went over the result with the homeowner and then designed a radon mitigation system for their home. Our installation team came to the home a few weeks after meeting with the Design Specialist and installed the radon mitigation system to lower the radon levels in the home.
This homeowner in Cambridge, Massachusetts had been thinking about testing their home for radon for the past couple of years. Recently they had a conversation with friends and family that convinced them to test their home. The homeowners tested their home and the results came back at 14- 18 pCi/L. After the test results came back the homeowner decided to call EFS for a free inspection.
Design Specialist Michael Bradley inspected the home for cracks in the foundation as well as any other defects in the basement. After the inspection process, Michael designed a radon mitigation system for the home.
This homeowner in Cambridge, Massachusetts recently tested their home for radon. They performed a radon test in the basement and on the 2nd floor. The results of the test were 8-12 pCi/L in the basement and 5 pCi/L on the 2nd floor. The homeowner decided to call EFS for a free inspection.

This homeowner in Stoneham, Massachusetts needed a Radon Mitigation System. The homeowner had gotten their house tested for radon and the levels came back at 27 pCi/l. A normal level of radon in a house is 4.0 pCi/l or less. The homeowner was worried about having high radon levels because they have cancer that runs in their family and didn't want to risk themselves more. The homeowner called Erickson Foundations Supportworks and made an appointment to come out to their house and design a Radon System.
John Prince was the Design Specialist on this project. He was the person who visited the homeowner's home and designed a Radon Mitigation System for their home. Scott Crandall was the Team Lead on this project. He and his team successfully installed the radon system into the homeowner's house.
The homeowner was pleased with how the installation went. They also were relieved that the pCi/l levels were reduced to under 4.
