This homeowner in Malden, Massachusetts, was concerned with the radon levels in their home. When they were tested the radon levels were at 5.8 pCi/L. They called EFS and we recommended installing a radon mitigation system into their home. 

Radon Mitigation System and Crack Seal, Lee, NH

This homeowner in Lee, New Hampshire was experiencing radon levels between 8-9 pCi/L. The homeowners decided to call Erickson Foundation Solutions about a free inspection. 

A Design Specialist arrived at the home and recommended installing a radon system with 2 extraction points and sealing a couple of long cracks on the foundation wall and the basement floor. 

Crew Lead Branden Edwards and his team arrived at the home and installed the radon mitigation system and sealed the cracks in the basement.

This homeowner in Boxford, Massachusetts was having a radon issue in their home. They had their house tested by an outside source and they told the homeowner that their radon levels were too high. The house came installed with a pipe already in the foundation. The homeowner called Erickson and a Design Specialist Michael Bierdrzycki came to design a radon system. They spent a lot of time at home indoors, and in their basement, and so wished to feel safer and have peace of mind. This before and after shows what the radon mitigation system looks like on the exterior of the home, complete with a cover over the fan unit.  After installation, the levels tested below 4.0 and the customer was pleased with the results.
