High Radon Levels, Merrimac, MA

Radon Mitigation System, Groveland, MA

This homeowner in Groveland, Massachusetts tested his home last year for radon. The test results came back at 9.1 pCi/L. The homeowner decided to call EFS for a free inspection.

Sealing Basement Floor, Rochester, NH

This homeowner in Rochester, NH wished to install a raodn mitigation system. A portion of the basement floor was exposed crushed stone. In order for the system to operate effectively, this section needed to be permanently sealed. Cleanspace encapsulation was installed along with the radon mitigation system.

This homeowner in Middleton, Massachusetts was concerned with the radon levels in the basement of their recently purchased home. The radon levels in their home are around 10 pCi/L, which is high. The homeowners decided to call EFS for a free inspection.

This homeowner in Brentwood, New Hampshire has had a long-term digital radon reader in their basement for a while and has found that the radon levels in the basement fluctuate from 6.5-8.0 pCi/L. The homeowner called EFS about a free inspection. 

Design Specialist Michael Bradley thoroughly inspected the home. Michael designed a radon mitigation system specifically for this home.
