Concrete Leveling and repair. 

Faced with a large void under their concrete garage floor, this Pittsford, NY homeowner was looking to lift and level the floor in preparation to sell the home. After a thorough inspection by our System Design Specialist, we determined the best solution would be the PolyLevel system. Following installation, the homeowner was left with a stable and leveled garage floor, ready to be put on the market.

Daniel of Webster, NY was experience minor water issues in his basement in the back area of the home where the concrete patio is. Whenever it rained water would pool around the window well. This happened because the patio was pitched toward the house. After an internet search through Home Advisor, he found Woodford Brothers. Our Customer Care department helped Daniel schedule a free estimate. The day of the estimate our Design Specialist, Joe, and Daniel agreed that lifting the patio using PolyLevel was a great option to keep water from pooling up against the foundation in that area. The work was scheduled and our installation crew, led by Richard, made quick work of lifting the patio with PolyLevel. IT was quick and painless process and Daniel was able to avoid further damage to his foundation and gain peace of mind without having to go through the painful and expensive process of tearing out and replacing the stamped concrete patio.

Michelle of Webster, NY experienced a common problem with concrete stoops. The soil below the concrete could not bare the weight and they settled. Two entry ways to the front of the home had the same problem. The front step was tilting so much that her mother had a difficult time entering her home with her walker. Our expert installation crew, led by Richard, was able to fix the steps quickly and cleanly.  PolyLevel cures in just 15 minutes so the steps were usable immediately. There was no need to remove and replace the concrete steps which is expensive and messy. Now Michelle and her family have peace of mind that their front steps are safe and level, just like they are supposed to be. 

Mandy of Bath, NY was having a difficult time shoveling her unlevel concrete driveway. Water pooling in some areas creating a slip hazard and she was not pleased with the way her driveway looked. Joe and Mandy agreed that her best option was to install our 3-part concrete protection system. It includes PolyLevel to lift and level as well as fill any voids below the concrete slabs. It also includes NexusPro, our concrete joint sealant to seal any cracks and all control joints to protect the soil from water intrusion. Finally, the concrete is sealed using SealantPro. It's a highly versatile silicone-based, penetrating concrete sealant. Its primary function is to keep moisture, and other chemicals from being absorbed into the concrete, which can cause it to deteriorate, particularly through freeze/thaw cycles. Our expert installation crew, led by Richard, made quick work of fixing and protecting the driveway as well as the concrete walkways on the property. Mandy now has peace of mind that her driveway is repaired and protected, no more trouble shoveling.
