Norman was experiencing water coming into the basement of his Camillus, NY home. After an initial inspection of the space, our Design Specialist determined that the WaterGuard system, TripleSafe sump pump, and SaniDry Sedona would be the optimal solutions for waterproofing Norman's basement.

WaterGuard is a French drain system that is designed to be installed below the floor slab, resting on top of the foundation footing. The system then collects water that seeps through basement walls and drains it to the sump pump. Additionally, the TripleSafe sump pump provides the ultimate level of protection for wet basements, with the ability to pump out 11,550 gallons of water or more on a fully charged battery. Finally, the SaniDry Sedona is a high-performance dehumidifier and filtration system that eliminates damp, musty, odors by drying and filtering the air. With this combination of systems, Norman can rest assured that his basement is permanently waterproofed and no longer at risk for further water intrusion.

Pump 2 is a 1/2 HP pump that operates automatically if Pump 1 fails or overflows from pump 1 (up to 6,200 gallons per hour).

Pump 3 is a battery-operated pump that turns on automatically if power fails.
