Nikki's garage in Freeville, NY needed the concrete leveled. She called the concrete lifting and leveling experts at Woodford Brothers. A home owner if Fulton, NY was tired of having a wet damp crawlspace. Iron Ochre would often cause problems for the existing sump pump. They also did not like how they couldn't any use out of the space. There was some supplemental support in the crawlspace but there was still an issue with uneven floors. After seeing our ad on TV they scheduled their free estimate. One of our Design Specialists, Damani, provided them with a full inspection and a same day proposal for fixing the crawlspace. By installing Cleanspace and a Sanidry, the home owners gained dry usable space and improved the air quality in their entire home. While we were there we sistered some joists that had but negatively impacted by the humid environment in the crawlspace. By finishing up with the addition of a SmartJack system, the unstable flooring system is now rock solid.  The installation team led by Hunter made quick work of a difficult job and kept the home owners informed every step of the way.
