When this newer home in Glencoe started to experience a small leak in their basement they reached out to another company to help fix their problem. Problem:  This below grade entrance was causing problems for these homeowners as it was built without a proper drainage system in place. The area was wet, a slip and fall hazard in the winter months, and the concrete floor was flaking away.  

Solution: Our specialists repaired the concrete, installed a trench drain in the floor of the entrance and directed the outlet to drain in the newly updated TripleSafe Sump Pump system.

Now the homeowners are once again enjoying the benefits of their below grade entrance!

Problem: The home had a high moisture content in the crawl space. The exposed earth allowed year-round humidity to cause severe damage to the wood beam.

Solution: Install new support columns to hold up the reinforced beam, along with the Clean Space vapour barrier to seal off the home from the earth and finally a high-performance dehumidifier to allow the space to be conditioned and healthy.
