I really appreciated the time Mike spent on the phone with me when I couldn't be at the house. He explained the work they wanted to do and I actually had a chance to meet with Mike before the system was installed. Mike and his helper did a fantastic job keeping my house and garage clean and did a very neat job installing the piping and the motor. There really isn't enough information out to the public about Radon gas. My wife being a lung cancer survivor for four years really appreciates the peace of mind knowing the results that were achieved by installing the Radon mitigation system. Larry and I were very satisfied with the job that was completed by Advanced Basement Systems. The install crew were friendly and the office staff were good. Tim the Inspector that came to give us our free estimate was a very nice guy. He presented himself well, along with the presentation. The clean up was very satisfactory.
