In Dec. 2018 Advanced Basement Systems completed a full crawl space encapsulation, including spay foaming the walls and installed a sup pump system. Since this work has been completed the temperature in the crawl space fluctuates very little and is always a comfortable humidity.Since the installation, I get a yearly notification from a service team member to book the annual inspection of the crawl space and to service the sup pump. This year the customer service staff member was Tevin who contacted me via email, with a follow up phone call. Tevin was very polite and we found a date and time that worked.This year, maintenance crew member Joel showed up at the set date and time. Joel has been to my property a couple times now and is always very polite and explains everything that is being inspected. This year Joel was training Justin, who was also polite. Joel introduced Justin and the two began the inspection. Joel was explaining to Justin how the inspection was to be completed as well as explaining to me. I like that part of the inspection, having the inspection explained step by step. This year Joel recommended a sup pump back up system which I honestly never thought of before. Joel gave me a quote via email which I will probably have completed with in the next few weeks.   Thank you, Joel and Justin and the Advanced Basement Team for the great customer service and professionalism.

First impressions! After owning our house for five years, every so often after heavy rainfall or when snow has finally started to melt, my wife and I normally could smell a musky smell threw ought the house coming from the crawl space. 8 months ago we were lucky to give birth to twins ( Boy and Girl ). I have finally decided to have this issue resolved so our babies don't breath in what might be happening underneath our home... I've found Advanced Basement Systems on google, seeing they were located in my area doing what I exactly wanted to be done in "the area of no return" I decide to call them for a estimate on renovating the crawl space.   I had the benefit of meeting Tom Blackburn yesterday at my home, Tom introduced himself and gave me some background information about the company he worked for, then suited up and dove into my crawl space with a smile saying call the fire department if I get stuck lol ( Somewhere I have never "ever" liked going since owning the house ) . Tom was very professional, he was cheerful and answered any questions or concerns I had, while being in the crawlspace he snapped about 20 pictures of all angles, even areas I was not able to get to since owning the property. He setup his laptop, showed me pictures of the issues happening and then explained the different options I was able to pick depending on what I felt needed to be done. Tom was not pushy as I expected him to be.. He gave my wife and I time to think about what we wanted to do while he waited outside.   After debating we decide to go with the clean out and the durable white wrap inside to seal the home away from the ground moisture.. So far this is where were are , this is the first contractor we have ever hired to do work at our house. From videos and word of mouth I feel confident we will be happy with the results' I will check back in and update how everything goes!
