This homeowner called up as they had moisture in the crawlspace. The ground was damp, and they had spots of their old fiberglass that would drip. They knew water and wood wasn't a good combination, so they called up John's Waterproofing to hear about solutions. In the end to enjoy the warranties, and know their crawlspace was protected they opted to have a full encapsulation. 

This homeowner wanted to have their crawl space encapsulated. They knew water issues were present under their home. They knew they would need more than a simple 6 mil vapor barrier, they just needed the right company for the job. For this part, they turned to John's Waterproofing. 

This homeowner found moisture in their crawl space. They had a sump pump down there, but it just wasn't keeping up. They wanted to see how we could help, and after learning that our encapsulation provided long term solutions they were ready to sign up. 

We came out to this home and did a full cleanspace encapsulation system, taking this wet and nasty crawlspace and making it look good as new. 

Having a sump pump that can do the job, makes a world of difference. This homes crawl space would flood. The owners would have to change out their vapor barrier often and they tried a DIY approach. But water kept creeping up in this space, and the sump pump would clog. It ended up more of a hassle. To get the right machine for the job, the owners ended up calling up John's Waterproofing. We installed a TripleSafe sump pump. This system has three pumps. The main one, a secondary, and than a battery back up pump should the power go out. Now the space is set up to actually stand up against the water that their crawl space faces.
