Thisvapor barrier had been installed quickly to sell the home but was not properly sealed and quickly filled with debris. A quick Waterproofing job, is not a completed waterproofing job.

This is a before and after of a crawl space in Portland, OR. We did a full encapsulation with CleanSpace and installed a SmartSump pump which has a Zoeller 1/3 hp cast-iron pump, an UltraSump pump that can pump 2,018 gallons per hour, a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, a smart drain and we repaired the posts using SmartJack. Crawl space is now healthy and dry for a long time to come.
