This homes basement had a shelf around the perimeter  from then the space was converted from a crawlspace to a basement. The homeowners had high energy bills and contacted us to insulate the space properly as well as install waterproofing to keep this space dry and healthy and lower the homes energy bills. 

We installed our Waterguard system in this basement in Portland, OR. The basement was already finished and destroyed by water intrusion. We made sure they would never have that problem again, and could refinish their basement with confidence that it will never leak again!

With all the rain this basement had been leaking water and damaging the homeowners belongings. He gave us a call and was interested in waterproofing his basement and what options there were. Our inspector recommended our WaterGuard system that goes along the interior wall and drains into a sump pump. We installed our Super Sump that has high-volume pumping and sits flush with the ground. we also did a CleanSpace wall in the basement which is where we installed our CleanSpace 20 mil thick vapor barrier of the basement walls. Leaving it looking clean and sealed so that the homeowner can use their basement again.
