As this homes basement is prepped to be finished, the windows would need work. They had some minor leaking issues and were far to small to be used in the event of an emergency evacuation. After we had an installation crew waterproof the space, our finishing crew arrived to upgrade the window and the window well.
This customer called due to water leaking into his basement continuously. He wanted to use his basement for more storage room but the water and moisture build-up was damaging everything. He gave us a call and our inspector went out and determined that a drainage system would be the best solution. Our crew went in and installed our Super sump pump with the interior drainage system we use. Our SuperSump pump is top rated and has high-volume pumping. It sits in an airtight container that works along with our WaterGuard system. After installing a drainage system the owner no longer has puddling water and could now use the basement for the storage he needed.
Customer called that they have a finished basement that seemed sealed well but had water pouring down one side. We installed our patented WaterGuard system and a super sump. We demoed a whole wall and installed ThermalDry wall with Everlast Wall.
Marilyn called in because she was about to put her home on the market and knew the vapor barrier in her crawl space needed to be replaced. Daniel gave her an estimate on replacing the vapor barrier but also on doing a full encapsulation and replacing her sump pump ensuring that there will be no water issues or damage for years.
This crawlspace was wet, humid and had visible heavy mold on the beams. They opted to have the entire space cleaned and treated. This included removing the falling insulation and replacing it with rigid foam insulation, installing drainage, as well as a dehumidifer to keep the space well conditioned and prevent any possible further damage.
