These homeowners found standing water in their basement. They quickly moved the items around to help keep things dry. This homeowner had cold, drafty basement floors and was looking to improve his basement space. Our team installed the Thermal Dry Basement Floor system which is a built-in drainage and vapor barrier system. The flooring comes in tiles that snap together and install directly over concrete flooring.

Cracks and Moisture Along Basement Walls - Carlton, OR
This basement had cracks on the foundation walls, to address this issue we used Dry Trak to fill and seal the cracks. A WaterGuard drainage system was installed to collect water from the parameter and grade it to a newly installed TripleSafe sump pump. Along the walls we installed CleanSpace to provide waterproofing to the walls.
Water Overflows from Basement Drain in Carlton, OR
This homes basement had a drain system installed. However it only cut through the middle of the room and went to one drain. When heavy rains hit, this drain would overflow from the excess water and water mold was growing on the floor. To keep up with the water and the mold issues, we installed a WaterGuard drain system around the perimeter of the room with a TripleSafe sump pump, SaniDry dehumidifier, and CleanSpace wall vapor barrier.
