This home's owners had done a DIY sump pump and laid out their own vapor barrier, however, it wasn't keeping up with the groundwater around their home, and vermin were getting into the space still. To take back their crawlspace, the homeowners got a full crawlspace encapsulation, keeping this home dry and healthy. 

This homeowner hadn't thought much about their crawlspace. However when their neighbors showed off their newly encapsulated crawlspace, these homeowners were anxious to have their crawlspace addressed. 

Our team at John's Waterproofing completely transformed this crawlspace by waterproofing it with our patented CleanSpace encapsulation system, a Super Sump pump, and a SaniDry dehumidifier.

This homeowner had installed a homemade sump pump in their crawlspace. While it did handle some of the water issues, the dirt floor was still damp and wet when the rainy season was in full effect. To make sure they could keep up with the water issue, they called for the professionals. 

This homes crawlspace was flooding when rains hit, and the wooden posts were rotting out from the water exposure. The home above had slanted floors from the damage that was occurring. To solve the issue we replaced 27 wooden posts with SmartJacks and added in two more to add in support where needed. We then did a full crawlspace encapsulation to keep this home dry and healthy.
