This homes crawl space needed to be addressed. The old insulation was falling in pieces and the vapor barrier was littered with critter droppings and debris. Mud was caked over the old vapor barrier showing that water did rise in this space, which had pushed the barrier out of place. The homeowner chose to have our pipe, pump and plastic installed to provide a short term solution, knowing the plastic will need to be replaced every few years.
