Delfino G and his crew were efficient, courteous and all-around fabulous. They kept us updated as they moved along and left the basement clean. Their work looks great. We've only had the system for a few weeks, but so far we are dry!

Last April your team came out and installed hard piping underground and a window well. Super thrilled I finally had this done and that I hired you guys. I have over a 100 year old home and having removed my sod the summer before, I started having some water come in through the basement last winter. Fortunately, your hard work worked! I want to give a big shout out to Jacob Bilyeu, who walked me through any and all concerns. And Nathan Camacho and his team who did the work, rain or shine. You guys are awesome! I apologize it took some time to reach out, but I wanted to make sure the water issues were resolved. Sure enough, they are. Although its been a drier season, my basement has remained dry just like Jacob assured me. Thank you all for the work you do! With much appreciation.  

Thank you Robin Ekloff and his crew who waterproofed the entire lower level of my home. I can only say they did great work. They were polite and courteous and did a fantastic job.Mr. Ekloff should receive a Nobel Peace Prize for having the patience of a Saint when dealing with me!I only have great things to say about John's Waterproofing and have and will continue to tell friends and family what a phenomenal and knowledgeable company John's Waterproofing really is!!

I just loved my visit with Brandon - he is so good at what he does (found a missing post under my house that other companies (& myself) had crawled past more than once and never spotted!) ... no wonder I’m getting cracks in my ceiling & walls!!

Jack did a great job of understanding and addressing what needed to be done

Eric was great. He gave us a list of vendors for the needed prep and outlined what has top be done before he can have the work started. We were more than pleased with his recommendations.

Had a french drain/sump pump system put in the crawl space. They showed up and worked for 7 hours with no breaks in extremely cramped conditions to make sure the job got done. They weren't the cheapest bid, but I feel they gave me the most for my money. The guys know what they're doing and explained everything as they went along. Great job!

I am in love with the crawl space and so proud of the crew that installed it. 

Marcus was a font of information and was very easy to talk to. We appreciate the speed in which he was able to come and provide us with a bid. Thank you for being so efficient and compassionate.

Thank you to Ramon, Ivan and Jake for their part in addressing water problems at the Hulbert house in mid-October. Because my daughter Julie needed to be at work, I was recruited from Kennewick, Washington to be present during that phase of the project. Ramon kept us well informed of work in progress with pictures and explanations of steps needed to do the job properly. All the guys took special care to keep things as clean as possible, which was not an easy task with mud. I believe the job will be completed this week now that it's dry enough to insulate the walls. Really appreciate their customer assistance and working attitudes. Kudos! Thanks to you all. Based on the progress so far, I would highly recommend John's Waterproofing to others.

James did great work, I appreciated his compassionate understanding of the circumstances. He came to my house last Friday afternoon to investigate why the dehumidifier alarm was going off. He told me most likely it was due to a leak that was overhead from my utility room toilet. Being recently widowed, this was not good news, and I proceeded to have a minor crying meltdown, envisioning a total tear apart of the flooring, etc. James then went under the house, checking everything out and told me that yes, there had been a leak, but no water was leaking now. He cleaned up the mess and then said he would not charge me for the house call and then proceeded to take a screwdriver and fix my wobbly front door handle, on his own, without being asked. I so appreciated this, he does exemplary work, and is a compassionate human.
