Eric was great. He gave us a list of vendors for the needed prep and outlined what has top be done before he can have the work started. We were more than pleased with his recommendations.

Had a french drain/sump pump system put in the crawl space. They showed up and worked for 7 hours with no breaks in extremely cramped conditions to make sure the job got done. They weren't the cheapest bid, but I feel they gave me the most for my money. The guys know what they're doing and explained everything as they went along. Great job!

I am in love with the crawl space and so proud of the crew that installed it. 

Marcus was a font of information and was very easy to talk to. We appreciate the speed in which he was able to come and provide us with a bid. Thank you for being so efficient and compassionate.

Thank you to Ramon, Ivan and Jake for their part in addressing water problems at the Hulbert house in mid-October. Because my daughter Julie needed to be at work, I was recruited from Kennewick, Washington to be present during that phase of the project. Ramon kept us well informed of work in progress with pictures and explanations of steps needed to do the job properly. All the guys took special care to keep things as clean as possible, which was not an easy task with mud. I believe the job will be completed this week now that it's dry enough to insulate the walls. Really appreciate their customer assistance and working attitudes. Kudos! Thanks to you all. Based on the progress so far, I would highly recommend John's Waterproofing to others.

James did great work, I appreciated his compassionate understanding of the circumstances. He came to my house last Friday afternoon to investigate why the dehumidifier alarm was going off. He told me most likely it was due to a leak that was overhead from my utility room toilet. Being recently widowed, this was not good news, and I proceeded to have a minor crying meltdown, envisioning a total tear apart of the flooring, etc. James then went under the house, checking everything out and told me that yes, there had been a leak, but no water was leaking now. He cleaned up the mess and then said he would not charge me for the house call and then proceeded to take a screwdriver and fix my wobbly front door handle, on his own, without being asked. I so appreciated this, he does exemplary work, and is a compassionate human. 

Installed drain channel in garage to drain water leaking up through the floor and also down the wall. They were a few minutes late but had the courtesy to call and inform us. They were very nice and professional. Would definitely use them again.

We had multiple companies come out and you guys were by far the best/most helpful. Our inspector (Dan) went above and beyond to go over our options and answer any of our questions. We really appreciated his help!
