I wanted you to know how much I appreciated the fine work you guys did on the waterproofing work that was done in our house in October of 2013. We have already reaped rewards health wise from having this done. Years before your workers came out to do the job, I was experiencing a lot of chest congestion and as time went by, it got progressively worse to the point the doctor prescribed me an inhaler to use to keep my lungs free enough to breath easier. It got so bad the doctor ended up prescribing me a second inhaler to use along with the first one. At the same time, I noticed a strange smell throughout the house combined with the smell of mold and mildew. It's been a year and a half since we had the work done and I am now free from using either inhaler as I can breath free and clear now including not suffering from congestion due to colds this past two winters. Both Wayne and I feel much better all around. thanks for a job well done.

These guys are the best. If you have any water problems under your house I highly recommend them.

Letter from one of our customers to John Hello Mr. Lombardi,  I'd like to finally thank you (I've been waiting till the work was all finished and paid up) for your very kind help last October. I was having major problems with continued post-fix basement flooding and sent you a letter of complaint; you immediately called to ask me about it and then dispatched your company's finest.  Robin was terrific throughout; he stayed involved, was knowledgeable, generous with his time, and blessedly straightforward regarding the options and his recommendations. Delfino and, later, Cesar, were both excellent. They seemed experienced, on top of the situation, and impressively hardworking; Delfino and his crew were here till 8pm on the second fix. they did not stint on anything, explained to me what they were doing and why, and took crae of some extra details they thought advisable.  But primarily it was your own prompt response and cordiality which eased my distress last fall and restored my confidence in the eventual success of this project. I cannot tell you how much I appreciated it. Yes, I can, actually- I have already recommended John's unreservedly to a friend with longtime basement problems and I would do so again.  If you are ever going to be in the vincinity and have the time and inclination to stop by, for a cup of tea (or something stronger), please let me know. I appreciate that Carolanne explained the options and anticipated outcomes for each service and did not push me to purchase options that were beyond my budget.

The plumbers did a great job. They got everything taken care of quickly and on budget. Would use them again if needed. 

The crew came in and sealed and enclosed my crawlspace. Other than some small pieces of styrofoam in my yard it went very well. I'd highly recommend them.

Great, hardworking, and attention to detail! 

I wanted to thank Chris for showing up and troubleshooting my new generator unit. He was hardly out of the gate when the good ole Bomb Cyclone knocked my power out for the next 8 hours. So accolades! I actually had water, both hot and cold at milking time and was able to wash all my dairy buckets in the dishwasher. Big deal to me! Thanks again!
