Lupe, Andres, and Max were awesome and a joy to have in my home. They were so meticulous and caring about my house and property. They protected everything with plastic and cleaned up after themselves so you didn't even know they were there!! They answered all my questions and explained everything they were doing. They were by far the nicest group of workers I've ever dealt with at my home, besides my son, of course. I can't say enough nice things about the crew..give them a raise!!!! I have told all my neighbors what an awesome job they did and how impressed I was with it all.  I actually had a second opinion bid and John's was a better price for virtually the same thing.

Great service and integrity along with professionalism of staff

Sam was wonderful and very good at what he was doing and his explanation was easy to understand since English is my second language . You are very lucky to have a honest and good employee. He is very good salesman.

Type of system installed:  WaterGuard Date Installed:  January 31, 2011 The office staff was excellent.  If we had a question, it was answered promptly. The crew arrived early in the morning and worked until completed, 12 hours later.  It has been hard work for all. But I believe the basement will remain dry and plan to tell others its value.

The cost came in drastically lower than another well known company and I feel I will be receiving work that is just as high quality and has a lot more experience.

A wet basement in Newberg Oregon, John's crew came in and in 1 1/2 days dug the trench around the interior of the basement, installed the drain system and sump pump. mixed up the concrete and laid it down, finished the concrete to perfection. Cleaned the basement and were done. This crew knows how to work, we were amazed at the speed and quality of work. One month after job was complete the sump pump is working and I didn't think we would get any water until next fall. It is getting water that I didn't think existed. Richard O

Please tell the powers that be that Manuel's crew was amazing. They were all very courteous and hard working. Because we are still in the throes of moving, they had to do a lot of extra work and they all pitched in without complaint. My husband and I are so impressed that we are signing up for your annual service immediately. I don't see people this hardworking and generous spirited very often.

I have been a customer for over 10 years and have always received great service and quality products. This winter has been extremely wet, and our downstairs stayed nice and dry. We had an issue where a pump was making strange noises. John's Waterproofing was there the next day to replace it. They take great care of their customers.
