Explore the dramatic improvement in radon safety in this Seymour home, where the new owner inherited a property with a radon level of 14. Our before and after photos show how we turned a high-risk environment into a protected space by installing a multi-foundation, four-pipe system. The system’s final exterior run, located near the oil tanks, blends neatly into the layout while drastically improving indoor air quality.
Before:
No existing radon system was present. With no sump pump or crawlspace, this home was vulnerable to radon infiltration, especially with the pending home sale in August.
After:
We installed a two-point extraction system, carefully routing the piping from the living area through to a back room with a large rock, then out through the side of the house. The result is a discreet and future-proof installation ready for a safer, healthier home transition.
Discover the before and after impact of our radon mitigation efforts in a vacant Oakville ranch home. Beginning with a radon level of 8.3, we installed a comprehensive system in a large utility closet, utilizing the space to hide equipment and maintain the home’s clean appearance. The after photos demonstrate the effectiveness of the system, seamlessly integrated into the home’s layout, reducing radon levels and enhancing safety for future occupants.
Before: Radon at 14 pCi/L, one foundation, no encapsulation, a sump pump in place, and no clear mitigation system.
After: A clean two-pipe radon system professionally installed along the cement wall and chimney—ready to reduce radon and help close the sale smoothly.

After evaluating the structure, we implemented a clean and efficient system that blends seamlessly with the home’s layout. These before-and-after shots showcase how we transitioned the property into a healthier, safer living space.
