Cole and Jordan did a great job with this exterior install for our customers
After receiving a radon test result of 7.6 pCi/L, an Iowa homeowner decided to invest in a professional radon mitigation system to protect the home for the future. Understanding the risks associated with elevated radon levels, the homeowner wanted a reliable solution that would improve indoor air quality and provide long-term peace of mind. A customized one-point radon mitigation system was installed from the basement utility room, creating an effective pathway to safely vent radon gas outside the home. The project was carefully planned to ensure optimal system performance while working within the home's layout. With the new radon reduction system in place, the homeowner can feel confident knowing the home is better protected from radon exposure and its potential health risks.
This client of ours recently started his own busines and will be working from home most days. He started with a simple test and returned with high levels. He is concerned about the the long-term effects of radon not just for himself but also for his family. He will be placing the radon mitigation system in the basement and might create his office setup from there. Everything was discussed on set about the installation process, he was happy with the result!
The crew did a great job with this customer's encapsulation. They recently lost their spouse and wanted to take care of the radon levels in their home to make it as safe as possible. Our crew was able to lift that worry by encapsulating this crawl space giving them overall better indoor air quality.
This home required a one-point radon mitigation system installed on the back side of the house. Our team placed the extraction point in the unfinished basement, exiting near the HVAC system for a clean and efficient layout. A small notch in the rim joist allowed for an easy up-and-out installation. With plenty of space in the basement, the project was straightforward and ensured the home is now protected against dangerous radon levels.
