This client of ours recently started his own busines and will be working from home most days. He started with a simple test and returned with high levels. This home required a one-point radon mitigation system installed on the back side of the house. Our team placed the extraction point in the unfinished basement, exiting near the HVAC system for a clean and efficient layout. A small notch in the rim joist allowed for an easy up-and-out installation. With plenty of space in the basement, the project was straightforward and ensured the home is now protected against dangerous radon levels.
