A Design Specialist completed a free inspection of the home and noticed some issues with the crawl space. The Lally columns were not properly supporting the home and the crawl space was very damp. This results in sinking floors and an uncomfortable living space. Our specialist recommended adding SmartJacks and CleanSpace. SmartJacks replace the Lally Columns and provide support and stability to the entire home. This fixes the crooked and sinking floors, creating a level surface.
