Front Step Repair and Brick Overlay with PolyLevel | Safe, Stable & Beautiful Results - Kingston, NY

This homeowner reached out to us because their front steps had sunk and become uneven, creating both an eyesore and a tripping hazard.

To fix the problem, we first drilled down to the void beneath the steps and injected our PolyLevel® commercial-grade foam to lift, level, and stabilize them. Once the structure was secure, we turned our attention to restoring their appearance.

Using our brick overlay process, we ground the surface clean, applied a bonding agent, and after curing, carefully laid out a new brick pattern. The result? Steps that are not only safe and stable but beautifully refreshed with restored color and design.

The homeowner couldn’t be happierthe hazard is gone, and their entryway now looks better than ever.

Leveling Concrete and Stairs With PolyLevel - Newburgh, NY

These homeowners contacted Basement Systems of New York to see what could be done to bring their garage floor back to level. As you can see due to the depth of void in their concrete their stairs felt the brunt of the sinking. Not only did this cause a tremendous eyesore for this homeowner, but it also caused a tremendous hazard.

We were able to rectify the problem at hand with the help of Polylevel. To make both their concrete floor and stairs level and true again we raised and moved the rear section of their garage approximately 8' 3". In doing this we were able to lift, level, and stabilize their concrete.

Since completing this project we were able to bring a sense of security and peace of mind back to this homeowner.
