The local Government complex had many troublesome areas of concern around their buildings. These issues created tripping hazards and an eyesore for both officials and residents. To remedy this our team Injected PolyLevel foam under the slab to fill in voids and lift and level the concrete. By doing so we were able to allow them to return to a complex of complete function, as well give them peace of mind that no one would injure themselves. 

These homeowners contacted Basement Systems of New York to see what could be done about their sinking sidewalk. More specifically the sidewalk in front of their porch.

Because their sidewalk had sunken, they noticed that their porch stairs were flexing and screws were popping out. Because of this hazard, they knew that they had to do something to take care of the issue at hand. To fix the problem at hand we lifted their concrete sidewalk 2" as well as pressure washed and sealed it.

By completing this project we were able to bring their concrete sidewalk back to its former glory, but more importantly, we stopped the deterioration of their porch stairs, which was a direct result of their concrete sinking. Thanks to us they now can sleep easy at night and not have to worry about this hazard and eyesore anymore.

These homeowners wanted to improve the quality of their backyard. Because of the many projects that we had completed for other clients we were contacted to help improve the curb appeal of their backyard.

Our team was called upon to address the sinking and discoloration issues of the pool deck. To rectify the problem, we employed a highly effective solution. Firstly, we carefully drilled 5/8th pilot holes around the entire pool deck, reaching the depths of the voids. We filled these voids using our advanced PolyLevel technology, effectively lifting, leveling, and supporting the deck. This meticulous process ensured that the deck was once again level, eliminating tripping hazards. Following the successful leveling process, we focused on revitalizing the appearance of the concrete. Our environmentally safe cleaner was applied to prepare the surface, and a thorough power washing was conducted to remove dirt, grime, and stains. Once the deck was clean and ready, we expertly applied our walnut color stain, Deco Shield. This transformative application restored the deck's aesthetic appeal and harmonized its appearance with the homeowner's residence, fence, and surrounding areas. The homeowners were thrilled with the results we achieved. They expressed their satisfaction with removing tripping hazards and ensuring the safety of their pool area. Additionally, they were delighted with the remarkable transformation of their pool deck, giving it the appearance of a brand-new pool that seamlessly blended with their home.
