Lifting A Foundation With PolyLevel And Crack Sealing - Poughkeepsie, NY

This homeowner called us out originally to review their Midcentury home. The reason why they called us was that they had large cracks that ran throughout their floor, which ran approximately six feet throughout their basement floor. Because of these cracks they believe that they had an issue with dampness.

Upon our Specialist inspecting their basement we realized that cracks in their floor were allowing water and water vapor into their basement, as well as that their foundation had sunken approximately six inches.

To fix the problem we strategically drilled 5/8th pilot holes throughout the basement. Once we had drilled all our holes we started to fill the voids below their slab with PolyLevel. By doing this we could lift, level, and stabilize their foundation. Next, to remediate the water and water vapor issue we epoxyed and sealed the cracks on the floor. By doing this, we are able to make sure that nothing escapes into the basement and the home is comfortable year-round.

Since completing this project, their home has been free of water and water vapor. They could not be any more pleased with how their project turned out. More importantly than anything, peace of mind has been restored.

Bringing Stairs Back to Level With a Landing With The Help Of PolyLevel - Hoepwell Junction

This homeowner contacted Basement Systems of New York to see what could be done to help rid his front porch of the eyesore and tripping hazard between his steps and the landing to his front door.

Upon our inspection of his porch, we were able to determine that to fix his porch we would need to install PolyLevel underneath the structure to fill the voids that had been created and allowed this beautiful piece of concrete to become as uneven as it did.

After drilling our 5/8th pilot holes and installing PolyLevel within the voids that had been created we were able to bring the landing on his porch and stairs back to level, ultimately this allowed for his porch to become level again, more importantly, it allowed for this homeowner to not worry about hazards around his home anymore and bring back a sense of pride to his entryway.

Transforming Sunken Patio into a Safe & Beautiful Oasis With PolyLevel and NexusPro - New Windsor, NY

This homeowner contacted us to address a common issue – a sunken and settled patio due to years of soil erosion. The problem affected both the front and back portions of the patio.

To tackle this challenge, we employed our advanced solution. First, we drilled precise 5/8th pilot holes in the front section of the patio. Then, we injected our commercial-grade spray foam PolyLevel, raising the patio to an even and safe level.

Moving to the backside, we repeated the process, using PolyLevel to raise the sunken areas, focusing on making it as even as possible. This not only resolved tripping hazards but also transformed the patio's appearance, as the backside had experienced more significant deterioration.

Once both the front and back were properly raised to their ideal levels, we applied our NexusPro caulking system. This step ensured a seamless and polished finish to the repaired areas.

The homeowner couldn't be happier with the results. Not only are the tripping hazards a thing of the past, but the once-unsightly patio has been beautifully restored. We take pride in delivering solutions that enhance both safety and aesthetics for our valued customers.

From Sinking to Sold: How We Helped This Homeowner Level Up Their Pool Deck, and Their Home Sale - Mahopac, NY

When this homeowner reached out, his beautiful backyard oasis had a big problem: the pool deck had sunk nearly two inches around the coping. Not only was it an eyesore, but it also posed a safety risk and threatened the value of his home.

To fix it, we drilled down to the depth of the underlying voids and injected our high-density concrete leveling foam, PolyLevel. This powerful solution allowed us to lift, level, and stabilize the concrete slabs, without demolition.

Once the surface was stable, we taped all the saw cut and mortar joints to prepare for a fresh epoxy finish. This step not only restored the sleek, clean look of the deck, it also sealed the joints to prevent water intrusion and future settlement.

The result? A smooth, safe, and stunning pool deck that looks brand new. Even better, after the project was complete, the homeowner sold the home above asking price.

Leveling and Truing a Porch and Steps with PolyLevel - Fishkill, NY

Basement Systems of New York was contacted by this homeowner to have us bring her steps and porch back to level and true. As you can see below her front steps and porch are unlevel, and leaning. These two issues were both an eyesore and a tremendous hazard to the homeowner and all that stepped foot on them.

To correct the problems at hand we had to strategically drill our 5/8th pilot holes throughout the steps and porch, we then implemented our PolyLevel system to make sure that we filled the voids properly to bring the stairs as level as we could to their concrete and to fill the voids that created the separation and leaning that was occurring. We then installed a small amount of concrete to offset for the remainder of leveling that needed to occur to make their stairs and concrete level, the little bit of truing that needed to occur could not be accomplished with more PolyLevel as the amount that needed to be finished was due to how the stairs were leaning.

By using these two methods of leveling we were able to bring the homeowners' porch and stairs back to level and true with their house and front yard. This ultimately has allowed them the ability to remove the humendous eyesore and hazard from their home and has allowed them to regain peace of mind about friends, family and other setting foot on their property.
