Josephine has been living in Syracuse, NY home for years.  Over time she has noticed that her sump pump has been gradually becoming less effective and was leading to water intrusion.  To repair the issue before it worsened, Josephine decided to contact Woodford Bros. for a free estimate for the necessary repairs.  After an initial inspection, our Design Specialist determined that a combination of systems would be necessary including the WaterGuard System, the TripleSafe Sump Pump, and the SaniDry Sedona.  

WaterGuard is a French drain designed to be installed below the floor slab, resting on top of the foundation footing.  The WaterGuard system collects water that seeps through basement walls and drains it to the sump pump.  In turn, the SuperSump Plus is engineered to help keep the basement dry for extended periods, even during heavy water intrusion, providing ultimate protection for the basement.  Finally, the SaniDry Sedona is a high-performance dehumidifier and filtration system that eliminates damp, musty odors by drying and filtering the air.  With this combination of systems, Josephine can rest assured that her basement is permanently waterproofed, protecting not only her home's property value but her peace of mind.
