Scott was interested in installing a sump pump system in his 1890 Syracuse, NY farmhouse.  The basement of the farmhouse is unfinished and always wet, with the water draining to one corner in a hole with a submersible sump pump that has been failing and backing up with water.  Looking for a more permanent solution that would help him manage the amount of water in his basement, Scott decided to contact Woodford Bros. for a free estimate for the necessary repairs.  After an initial inspection, our Design Specialist determined that the SuperSump Plus system would be the best option for effectively waterproofing Scott's basement.

Our installation crew, led by James, installed Waterguard, a TripleSafe Sump, in order to keep their basement floors dry, and a Sanidry Sedona to keep the air in their home healthy. They also installed Carbon Armor straps to one of the walls that was bowing in. Now Rachel and Karl have peace of mind that their basement will stay dry and the foundation wall is stable for good.
