The SmartJack system provides solid support for sagging or undersized beams, restoring stability and straightness to sagging floor joists in a crawl space.  Once installed, SmartJack support posts can correct problems such as sloping and overly springy floors, interior wall cracks, and out-of-level door frames.  By choosing to install the SmartJack system, Katherine is ensuring that her home's structural integrity is permanently secure.

Lue lived in her home for over 50 years. Once she noticed the issues with his basement walls she could tell the problem was getting progressively worse. Tim showed how we can fix foundation walls with our Shotlock system. First a rebar grid is constructed, framing out all windows and other obstructions. We then use a high pressure hose to spray the perfect mix of concrete into the grid. Once complete, the concrete is smoothed over and there is a beautiful new, reinforced, basement wall. Lue now has peace of mind that her home will last for many more years to come.
