This homes crawlspace was un utter disrepair. We did a thorough cleanout to prep the home and then installed a crawlspace encapsulation to make this home dry and healthy. 

This homeowner called us up when they found heavy water stains in their crawlspace and the dirt and fiberglass was damp. They had a simple white vapor barrier laid throughout, but the moisture in the area was leaving the space still damp. To address the homes water issues, they would need a full encapsulation. 

When encapsulating your crawl space it's important that you're using the best products that will really work to protect your home. The encapsulation process involves many steps like installing a drainage system, applying a vapor barrier, and insulating with Spray Foam. In most homes, the only layer of insulation is through fiberglass insulation. This spongey material has been proven to have harsh toxins that can get into the air you breathe and cause irritation.
