The homeowners were using their basement and were tired of moisture issues. We installed our brightwall system and waterproofed their basement so they can comfortabllty use it year round.
This home had standing water in their previously finished basement. They mopped up what they could, but it just came back. They knew the drywall was getting damaged, and the linoleum floor was water damaged. To make the space healthy and usable, they would need some professional help.
