This homes basement had been finished, but the homeowners noticed an odd musty smell coming from the drywall. They ended up removing the drywall and finding the fiberglass insulation was soaking up water from the foundation walls and molding. This customer was wanting a quick solution to the water coming into the basement so they could finish it. Not only did we solve the water issue by installing our Waterguard system in just two days but we also helped get them on the right track to finishing it by putting in our Thermaldry wall system and our Thermaldry floor matting. These products help to waterproof and insulate the walls and floor, making the basement perfectly prepped for finishing.
