This customer had a water leak in their home that did some damage. They were concerned that because of the water leak, they may have mold in the house. They were not sure what they had to do to confirm if there was mold in the house or not. They wanted to have a professional come out and take a look at the water damaged area and guide them as to what needed to be their next step.

They contacted Olympic Restoration Systems for an assessment of their home. We scheduled an appointment for them with our 1^st available appointment. An Olympic Restoration Systems Specialist visited the property, completed an assessment, then proposed a quote to the customer. They proceeded with the water damage restoration with Olympic Restoration Systems for their home.

This customer called Olympic Restoration Systems stating that they have water damage in their laundry room. They needed to have the drywall replaced, because the walls were bowing. They also noticed there was some damage to their cabinets. They heard about Olympic Restoration Systems through the BBB.

This customer just bought this house 1 1/2 months prior to contacting Olympic Restoration Systems for help. They had water in their basement, and they thought, possible mold. One of the family members has severe allergies as well as asthma. Since moving into the home, this family member had such a hard time walking into the house without having trouble breathing, due to their allergies and asthma, that they were living in a tent in the yard. They were looking for some immediate resolutions.

This customer called Olympic Restoration Systems for assistance regarding their crawl space entries. They have a pier and beam home that has a crawlspace entry, inside the home, that was too small for anyone to get through. They were interested in getting that crawl space entry made larger for them. They have 2 access points to the crawl space. One of them had just a metal slab up against the entry way. They wanted to turn that into a nicer entrance so that rodents do not get under their house.
