This customer had an encapsulation installed in their crawl space by a company that no longer provides that service. They contacted Olympic Restoration Systems when they noticed that they had damage done to the liner, likely due to rodents in their crawl space. Since the damage had been done, they had to buy 3 dehumidifiers for inside of the home, to try and control the humidity. They wanted someone to provide them with an assessment and a quote for what it would take to repair the damage.
Olympic Restoration Systems was contacted for an assessment of their crawl space. We visited the property and proposed a quote to the customer. They proceeded with a sump pump replacement/installation of another sump pump, liner repair, and mold remediation for their crawl space.

A customer found Mold in Upstairs Game Room, located in the cabinet under a sink, and was informed it was caused by a leak and had contaminated the whole area. We were contacted to remove and dispose of all water and mold affected drywall, insulation, carpet, pad, tack stripe, and cabinets.
Our team was able to quickly come in and assist in solving the situation. A containment barrier was installed to quarantine the impacted area. We removed the cabinet, pulled back some carpet, and disposed of any exposed pieces that we were unable to salvage. Next, Negative Air Scrubbers were installed in the quarantine area, to help filter ambient mold particles from the air, and lower spore count. HEPA Vacuuming was also performed to further clean the area, and an Anti-Microbial Gel Paint was used on the remaining surface area to finish the process. After we were done, a Licensed Mold Inspector was called in to test the area again, and it was deemed successful and the remediation process was cleared.
